MR. VIJAY PRATAP SRIVASTAV

Mr. Vijay is a Managing Director and a Board Member with an experience spanning over 25+ years in LIC as a CLIA and Chief Insurance Advisor. He is an architect of Godson Microfinance Federation and it is under his mentorship that the organization keeps doing what it does. He has done Bachelor's in Sociology and derives his inspiration and thoughts for social welfare from his learning. He had a long yearning to serve the women under BPL which he did by forming Godson Microfinance Federation.

Mr. Uday Pratap Srivastav

Mr. Uday is the Director and a Board Member at Godson Microfinance Federation. He keeps the wheel of Federation moving as he is responsible for the operations at the organization. He has done his bachelor's degree in Social Science. He too has an experience in LIC of over 10+ years as a BM Club Member.

Mr. Raja Verma

Mr. Raja is the Director and a Board Member at Godson Microfinance Federation. He is a keen observer of the field and is responsible for the factual and ground inputs at the federation. He is a key member and a stagehand, who ensures his contribution in the smooth functioning of the operations.

Mr. Abhay Raj Srivastav

Mr. Abhay is the youngest Director and a Board Member of Godson Microfinance Federation. He is energetic, dynamic and full of vigour to give wings to the mission and vision of Godson Microfinance. He has done his bachelor's in Technology and it is from there, that he derives his scientific approach to work. He organizes, leads and works from the frontline. He is responsible for the Development and prepares the road ahead.

Mr. Adhiraj

Mr. Adhiraj works as a Growth Strategy & Synergy Advisor with early stage Financial Institutions and guide them in structuring product & policies, lending synergies & cutting edge tech innovations.

He brings strategic expertise and professional experience for his portfolio FIs in inclusive finance domain and empowering business growth in semi-urban & rural demographics. He has started his career from equity principals and also can help Financial Institutions in Risk Management & Fundraising.

His vision of work is to make capital better accessible for the priority sectors in Bharat.

He is currently working with Godson as Strategy & Synergy Advisor and helping us in developing a sustainable and growth enabled Micro Finance Organization.
